Punching Unit

  • Six-position Turret-type Punching Turntable Design

It can simultaneously assemble 6 busbar punching dies of different sizes. The turntable can be manually rotated to change dies for punching operations, reducing the frequency of die changes, minimizing operational errors, and improving work efficiency.

  • Type Of Punching Hole

It can punch round holes, oval (waist) holes, rectangular (Oblong) holes, and square holes, including busbar chamfers.

The punching range is Φ4mm — Φ25mm

The punching section is smooth and burr-free, and the error is ±0.1mm

Supporting customization of special specifications.

  • Three Punching Positioning Methods:

(1) Coordinate axis positioning

(2) Punching pin positioning
