In contrast to traditional stationary workshop equipment, this system consists of a CH-70 busbar punching unit, a CWC-200 busbar shearing unit, and a CB-200D busbar bending unit, all paired with an HHB-700A electro-hydraulic pump. This modular design enables on-site disassembly, facilitating easy portability and transport. Furthermore, the units can be reconfigured and reassembled as needed, making it highly convenient for technicians to take the portable busbar machine off-site to perform after-sales service at client facilities or to conduct processing operations in the field.

The machine table we designed is hexagonal, ensuring that three work units can be mounted simultaneously while leaving ample operating space between them. The base is equipped with directional casters to facilitate mobility; the machine can be lifted by two people and placed onto a transport vehicle or moved to another location, fully embodying the characteristics of a portable busbar processing machine.
